10 years ago I first met @golubgordon when he toured me around the relatively unknown brokerage called Compass. Our Q2 market report is here! The data for Manhattan is finally showing some promise in terms of activity, although prices are down. We’re seeing unique properties selling quickly, while less notable properties are struggling even with price adjustments. Buyers are generally decisive, either making offers promptly or withdrawing from the market due to limited inventory or unrealistic expectations of price reductions.
